Highland Swim Team (HST) and District Regional Program (DRP) / Scottish National Squad Selection
As swimmers progress in their development in NDASC, additional training opportunities may be made available through Highland Swim Team at Inverness Aquadome.

District Regional Program (DRP) / Scottish National Squad
Age 14 & under swimmers who meet the DRP criteria will be offered 3 training days and the possibility of being selected for a stroke camp where further stroke specific training is offered.
Older swimmers have to attain nationally set bronze, silver or gold times to get into a scottish squad.
