The club were informed by Scottish Swimming today (8th December 2014) that we have been awarded the highly acclaimed swiMark plus accreditation. The award demonstrates that the club are leading the way in setting new standards for swimming in the community including strong coaching and effective management structures.

swiMark is Scottish Swimming's national quality accreditation programme for clubs and swim schools. swiMark plus is the highest accreditation awarded and successful achievement confirms that NDASC has demonstrated a commitment to creating a sustainable swimming development pathway, operates a safe, effective and child friendly club whilst providing a service in the community that children and young people, their parents/carers, and others with an interest in swimming can trust.

NDASC are the first swimming club in the Highlands to be swiMark plus accredited.

It is understood that the award will be formally presented at the club annual prizrgiving on 3rd January 2015.
